We offer free shipping & returns within Europe and North America.

Ahead of the holiday season, we’ve extended our Free Returns period. All purchases made before Christmas can be returned until January 5th.

Our standard delivery time is 2-4 business days within Sweden and 2-5 business days for international shipments within Europe and North America.

For all orders within Europe and North America, all duties and taxes are covered by Carissimi.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Carissimi cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or if no one is available to receive the package.

Returns & Refunds

Ahead of the holiday season, we’ve extended our Free Returns period. All purchases made before Christmas can be returned until January 5th.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can follow the instructions in the order confirmation email, or contact us at info@carissimi.com and we will assist you.  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know when the refund was approved. When approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@carissimi.com.

We provide worldwide shipping. For orders outside Europe and North America, a shipping fee of 150 SEK (14 USD) will apply.

Please note that for orders outside of Europe and North America, duties and taxes are not included in the price and must be covered by the recipient.

Standard delivery times range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
